BlueZones WiFi now compatible with iPhones


Interactive mobile marketing technology has taken a major step forward with the introduction of WiFi-based BlueZones. This means that iPhones and Blackberrys, which do not have the appropriate Bluetooth communications protocol, can now download branded content, movie clips, and redeemable vouchers and link to the BlueZones network. Agency, Tequila, contracted for the first use of a BlueZones Wi-Fi installation for a prelaunch campaign for the Nissan LEAF, an electric launching in 2011.
